  • BestBond EP753 is a multi-purpose, high strength, two component epoxy grout that cures particularly well even in water.
  • It is a combination of epoxy resin, selected silicate minerals and special additives.
  • There are appropriate physical and mechanical parameters, BestBond EP753 allows easy and quick application (even in water) to long-term pitted, cracked, and cavitation surfaces, significantly saving construction time.

INSTALLATION 

Surface condition:

  • The cracked surface must be clean, dry, not bonding impurities easy blister, remove all dust by proper mechanical methods. 

Mixing: 

  • Two components A and B should be carefully mixed under the right ratio by slowly stirring (at speed of 300 ÷ 400 rpm).
    The minimum mixing duration should not be less than 03 minutes and can be longer until reaching the required homogeneity.

Application:

  • Using a serrated brush or other suitable tools, spread evenly over the entire surface to be glued, then forcefully press the materials to be glued, using a rubber hammer to adjust the appropriate position and height. For vertical surfaces or undersides of ceilings and objects to be glued with a large mass per unit area of contact surface, appropriate measures should be taken after gluing to position the gluing object for a period of time until the material cures.
  • Note: Mixing two components A and B must be in the correct ratio when applying. Do not use the mixture that has expired and has begun to harden. 

 Cleaning:

  • Use BestThinner SC-01 to clean instruments as soon as after the execution and before the mixture’s hardening

Safety:

  • Both components are non-toxic and non-flammable.
  • This product can be allergic to the skin, therefore should be prevented from direct contact with the skin. It is advised to wear PPEs while handling the product.
  • In case of accidental eye contact, wash with fresh water and seek medical advice immediately.
