BestCoat EP710 is a high strength, self-leveling, chemical resistant epoxy based paint. Water resistant, creating a non-slip textured surface, very suitable for frequently wet surfaces.
BestCoat EP710 is composed of epoxy resin and curing agent, hardness-enhanced silicate minerals and specialized chemical additives to give the floor surface flatness, surface roughness, chemical resistance, and resistance. wear, optimal load bearing.

Coating system:

01 primer layer of BestPrimer EP701, BestPrimer EP702 or BestPrimer EP703.
01 self-levelling layer of BestCoat EP710 with the thickness as design required.

Substrate requirement:

To concrete surface: Compressive strength:  20 MPa, tensile strength:  1.5 MPa. Surface should be flat, solid, dry. The substrate surface must be flat, solid and dry.
Cracks, defective positions must be treated, repaired, patched according to the correct procedure. Impurities, debris, dirt must be cleaned properly. If the surface is metal, wood, etc., the grease and rust stains must be completely removed and cleaned with BestThinner SC01.

Mixing:

Preliminarily mix part A and add component B and mix well according to the specified ratio by stirring paddle or special slow speed mixer (300 400 rpm) for about 5 minutes or so until when agreed. When subdivision is required, component A must be stirred first.

Application:

Pour the mixed mixture onto the corresponding surface area to each parallel rows with width 200 ÷ 300 mm, using a jagged scraper to spread out materials according to the thicknes required. Using a notched roller to support the leveling and get rid of air bubbles.
Note: While the mixture is not hardening, the application space should be no dust, avoid insects.

Product is non toxic, non flammable. Can be allergic to skin. It is advised to wear comforter, gloves, protective glasses. In case of accidental eye contact, wash with fresh water and seek medical advice immediately.
