- BestGrout E100 is a high compressive strength, non-shrinkage epoxy grout, low viscosity, three components and solvent free.
- BestGrout E100 is combined between epoxy natural resins, private admixtures, and inert silicate selected especially. When applying, just mix the ingredients in a predetermined proportion.
-
Repair the concrete surface, filling holes.
- Filling the couplings bearing in the assembly structures, precast concrete,...
- Positioning bolts, anchoring machine foundation, rail pads, filling the baseplate ...
- In the case of tinting, BestGrout E100 is used as a floor finish for the purpose of load bearing, chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, mechanical impact resistance...

Surface condition:
- The material surface should be solidified and dry (the moisture is not more than 4%). Grease, dirt, rust, cement droppings ... must be completely removed.
Preparation for application:
- The slits or holes which are capable of sealing leaks must be sealed with the appropriate material. In the case of using the formworks and the surface in direct contact with the material should be isolated in PE layer in order to create favorable conditions to take off formworks later.
Mixing:
- Before application, two components A and B must be mixed thoroughly and continue to component C in accordance with the ratio of stirrer speed 300÷400 rounds/minutes. The mixing time is about 03 minutes or longer until homogeneous.
Placing:
- After mixing, use a steel trowel to stir lightly for a few seconds to release air bubbles. Then, the mixture is poured immediately into the prepared position to maintain the pressure necessary to avoid air entrapment in the mixture.
Note:
- Do not use material over time to allow application.
Cleaning:
- Use a dry cloth to clean the instruments, and equipment and wash again with BestThinner SC-01 before the mixture starts hardening.
Safety:
- All three components are neither hazardous nor flammable. However, minimum safety requirements must be met when using the product.
