Substrate requirement:

• The high absorbing or breakable surface: coat at least 02 layers

Surface condition:

• Concrete surface: Compressive strength:  ≥ 20 MPa, tensile strength: ≥ 1.5 MPa. Surface should be flat, solid, steady, dry , water free, humid areas must be dried by clean clothes Impurities, broken pieces, dust should be cleaned as required
  

Mixing:

• Before execution, component A and B should be properly mixed under the right ratio by slowly stirring (at speed of 300 ÷ 400 rpm). Minimum mixing time is at least 03 minutes or longer until having the best mixture as require Apply material immediately after mixing
  

Application:

• Apply by roller, pressure sprayer or brush one full coat of BestPrimer EP703 at a approximate rate 0.15 ÷ 0.25 kg/m2 / layer (depends on surface status). The second layer must apply with a direction perpendicular to the first When application the next layer, make sure the previous layer is completely dry
  
• Note: Do not use expired material Site area should be prevented from direct sunlight, rain during curing period.

Cleaning:

• Use BestThinner SC01 to clean equipments immediately after the execution and before the mixture’s hardening
  

Safety:

• Both components may cause allergic to skin. Avoid prolonged skin contact. Protective clothing is highly recommended. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical advice.
