BestRepair CE400 is surface repairing mortar, one component, polymer
cement modified. It is a combination of: special cement, mineral and selected
silicate mineral fibers, polymer, and special additives to make its chemical and
physical properties.
- Parking lot, pool bottom, water tank, prefabricated components ...
- BestRepair CE400 is used for repairing to finish surface: floor, wall, ceiling, …which is honeycombed, damaged by erosion, impact, mechanical abrasion,…during use.
- Recreating flatness for new surfaces that have not reached the flatness or

INSTALLATION
Surface preparation:
- The surface to be repaired must be properly treated, and all loose materials and impurities must be removed.
- Avoid spreading grease, or oil,…using high-pressure water to clean the surface before constructing.
- If the surface is dry, moisten it with clean water.
Mixing:

Pouring BestRepair CE400 slowly into properly freshwater (water ratio from
13-15% compared to the weight of powder as about 3.25- 3.75 liter of fresh
water for 25 kg) continuously stirring with electric mixer at speed 300 ÷ 400
revolutions/ minute about 05 minutes until the mixture is free of lumps and
homogeneous is as required.
Application:
-
Use a brush to apply the bonding layer of Bestbond EP752 (see the
application document of BestBond EP752) over the entire surface prepared
as above.

Apply the mortar layer of BestRepair CE400 was thoroughly mixed with
water on the surface while the layer of BestBond EP752 is still wet. Ensure
the BestRepair CE400 mortar is compacted to the surface.
The maximum thickness of the mixture is not greater than 20 mm. In case
of the thickness of the substrate which is needed repair is greater than
20mm, apply once more layer when the previous is hardened.
Curing:

Curing regular requirement as others cement base products.

Reduce free
of water by covering wet cloth, plastic cover, or cure compound BestCure
AC015 or BestCure SS015.
Safety:
-
BestRepair CE400 is alkalinity, should wear gloves, masks, and glasses
while handling the product. In case of accidental eye contact, wash with
fresh water and seek medical advice immediately.
