  • BestSeal AC404 is a liquid-applied, single component waterbrone acrylic waterproofing membrane. It can be used for both exposed and hidden system without changing system’s appearance. 
  • Create a waterproof coating and protect the surface of materials derived from cement, fired bricks. By preventing capillary infiltrations and cracks, BestSeal AC404 effectively prevents water penetration and prevent the effects of chemical, biological or mechanical corrosion, minimize the phenomenon of chalking, dust generation, contamination, mold, algae, etc under a influence of harsh weather. BestSeal AC404 can be applied directly to concrete surfaces, cement plasters, fiber cement panels.

 Milky white emusion liquid.

1.02  0.02 kg/L @ 25oC.

Consumption: ​

0.05 ÷0.1 Liter/ m2 (depending on the substrate’s status)

pH:
  8.0 ÷ 10.0.
Harderned appearance:
Transparent membrance, glossy, hardness, colorless, paraller water.
Temperature environment:
Tg: 35 oC
Minimum film forming temperature : 32oC
Drying surface time:
30 minute at 25oC.
Cured time:
24 hours at 25oC.

Preserve:

At dry place with good ventilation, ambient temperature 5oC ÷ 30oC

Shelf life:

12 months upon manufacturing date

Packaging:
1; 5; 25 L/can; 210 L/pail.


General requirement:

  •  In case of porous substrates: should diluted with water ( maximum 10% water). In case of non-porou, uniform surface, medium sandy texture may only require at least 2 layers.
  • To ensure completelly performent, 2 layers of BSAC404 is highly recommened.

Surface condition:

  • The surfaces must be dry, free of impurities such as dirt, oil, grease, paint layers, old protective coating.
    Dust or bad adhensions need to be completely removed.

Installation:

  • BestSeal AC404 is applied by use a low-pressure spray, brush or roller. Apply subsequent pass “wet on wet” until the required consumption is achieved. Avoid excessive ponding on the surface. Do not let product stand on the
    surface.

Notice:

  • On next layer, apply in vertical direction to the first layer. Mixing through or shake before use.

Cleaning:

  • Use soap and clean water to clean tools immediately affter finished and before mixture hardening.

Safety:

  • BestSeal AC404 is non-flammable. But skins may be irritated with prolonged contact.
  • PPEs should be worn during the installation of this product.
  • Rinse with plenty of water if the product accidentally splashes into the eyes, nose, mouth and go to the nearest medical facility for timely and proper treatment.
  • Ensure ventilation conditions when executing the product.
