BestSeal EP757 is a multi-purpose plugging mortar that is a chemical- based epoxy-cement with three components. The product is used for repair or waterproofing, sealing surfaces, sealing off capillary cells or small cracks and making a coat continuously.
Using concrete, natural stone, artificial stone, and mortar with a thickness around of 1÷2 mm:
- Complete coating for vertical or horizontal surface;
- Repair honeycombed, and crack surface. Full fill and complete to unsmooth the surface.
- Waterproof, seal, attached for the surface of following items: civil surrounding wall, industrial wall, sealing wall, bottom the basement, base of the auxiliary staircase, abutment, swimming pool, water tank, disposal tank, …with a purpose to make a protective cover while applying epoxy paint or PU.

Surface condition:
- The surface must be solid, free from grease, and dirt, and need to be moistened with clean water but without surface water before applying. For a porous surface, pre-coat a layer of BestPrimer EP702 is needed.
Mixing:
- Mix part A and part B evenly before putting slowly part C into the mixture according to the right ratio and then using a mixer with a speed of 500÷ 600 rpm to mix the mixture until homogeneous ( no clumps). Mixing time at least 3 minutes but can mix longer until homogeneous as required.
Application:
- Use a trowel or suitable tool to cover the entire floor surface and flush repeatedly to fill holes, grooves, and uniform layers with a thickness of not more than 2 mm/layer (#4.2 kg/m 2 /layer). It is recommended to appl two layers for waterproofing, the next layer is applied perpendicular to the previous layer.
Note:
- Do not use the mixture when the mixture has out of pot life.
For a smooth, well-textured surface finish, it is recommended to use a soft sponge or wet brush to sweep the surface after plugging in.

time while handling the product.

- Rinse with plenty of water if the product accidentally splashes into the eyes, nose, and mouth, and go to the nearest medical facility for timely and proper treatment.
