Surface condition: 

  • The cracked surface must be clean, dry (humidity less than 4%), not bonding impurities easy blister, and remove all dust by proper mechanical methods. 

Mixing:

  •  Before application, two components A and B should be carefully mixed under the right ratio by slowly stirring (at speed of 300  ÷ 600 rpm). The minimum mixing duration should not be less than 02 minutes and can be longer until reaching the required homogeneity.

Application:

  • Use the concrete breaker to drill holes (depth at least 30mm) to implant the pump head (check valve) at the lowest point of the crack.
  • Use BestBond EP751 to seal the pump head and cracked surface.
  • Use a self-propelled pump or high-pressure pump to fill material until fulfilling the cracks.
  • BestBond EP750 will self-cure after 07 days of application.

 Cleaning:

  • Use BestThinner SC-01 to clean instruments as soon as after the execution and before the mixture’s hardening.

Safety:

  • Both components are flammable, therefore, they are required to be placed distant from heat or fire during the execution or preservation. This product can be allergic to the skin, therefore should be prevented from direct contact with the skin. It is advised to wear a comforter, gloves, and protective glasses while handling the product.
  • In case of accidental eye contact, wash with fresh water and seek medical advice immediately.
