BestBond EP751 is a multi-purpose adhesive chemical based on epoxy, high strength, and two components, rapid curing.
- It is the combination of epoxy resin and silicate minerals to create the best generation of BestBond in BextMix Corp.
Suitable for materials: Concrete, natural stone, artificial stone, brick, steel,..for the following purposes:
- Repairing and patching cracks, honeycombs;
- Bonding to other materials such as assembly of concrete, natural stone, and other high-strength materials.
- Easy and simple to apply, high efficiency;

INSTALLATION
Surface condition:
-
The cracked surface must be clean, dry, not bonding impurities easy blister, remove all dust by proper mechanical methods.
Surface preparation
- The cracks must be cut or sawed out to a minimum width of 5mm, a depth greater than or equal to 1.5 times the width. The crack bottom has U-shaped. Using a compressor air to clean the cracked surface.
Mixing:

Two components A and B should be carefully mixed under the right ratio by slowly stirring (at speed of 300
÷
400 rpm).
The minimum mixing duration should not be less than 03 minutes and can be longer until reaching the required homogeneity.
Application:
-
Use a steel trowel or suitable tools to fill holes on the surface. For vertical surface or the underside of the ceiling should apply with a thickness of each layer not over 5mm to avoid sagging of material.
- Note: Do not use a material that has rime application over.
Cleaning:
-
Use BestThinner SC-01 to clean instruments as soon as after the execution and before the mixture’s hardening
Safety:

Both components are non-toxic and non-flammable.
This product can be allergic to the skin, therefore should be prevented from direct contact with the skin. It is advised to wear PPEs while handling the product. - In case of accidental eye contact, wash with fresh water and seek medical advice immediately.
