  • BestCem 401 is a combined composition of amine and functional groups. The perfect combination helps to significantly improve the quality of Portland cement, especially Blended Portland cement.  
  • BestCem 401 is specially designed to enhance the strength of cement. It works well for both Portland and Blended Portland cement. BestCem can be applied for different milling processes.

    Supplies form:

    Viscous liquid, transparent to light yellow color. The appearance could become as darker over time but does not affect the quality of the product.

    Chemical composition:

    Combination of Amines and functional groups.

    Density (kg/L):

    1.05 ± 0.02 @ 25⁰C.

    pH:

    11.5 ± 1.0 @ 25⁰C.

    Storage:
    		Place in a cool and dry place, to avoid frost.
    Shelf life:
    		12 months if stored properly in original unopened packaging.

    Packaging:

    1100 kg/ tank or requirement.

    Dosage:

    0.03 ÷ 0.06% cement amount (depending on the fineness of cement, type of cement, clinker mineral composition, and milling process...).

    Optimal Dosage:
    		0.035%. The optimum dosage to achieve the desired characteristics shall be determined in Plant trials. ​



Dispensing: 

  • Use the pump system to pump BestCem 401 directly to the clinker line on the conveyor belt. It is possible to dilute BestCem 401 with clean water before spraying it into the grinding system as needed. 
  • Note: Do not add any other product (except clean water) to BestCem 401 before and during use. 

Cleaning: 

  • Clean equipment and tools with clean water.

Safety: 

  • BestCem 401 does not belong to the specified hazard classification. However, BestCem 401 is alkaline, it can cause allergy to sensitive skin when exposed for a long time.
  • Gloves, masks, and goggles should be worn when using the product. In case of contact with the eye, nose, or mouth ... must be washed immediately with clean water before coming to the nearest medical center for prompt treatment and the right method.
