BestCoat PU714 is applicable for: floor, slab, ceiling, wall, partition... of store, garage, kindergarten, clean room, industrial production workshop or places outdoor items in industries, ships, constructions and many other fields.

Color:

Yellow, blue, green, brown, grey. (Or mixing color on requested with a minimum quanity as regulation)

Application ambient:
 Minimum temperature: +10oC (over dew point temperature of 5oC)
Maximum temperature: +35oC
Relative humidity ≤ 80%
Curing times:
 Walkable: after 12 hours.
Using normal: after 24 hours.
Chemical resistance: after 28 days.
Full cure: after 28 days.
Chemical resistance:
Resistance to alkali, acid, water, salt solution, oil, fuel and other common chemicals.
Mechanical strength: Resistance to dust and mechanical abrasion.

Packing:

5; 20 kg/set. (Or packing on request)

Mixing ratio:
Component A: Component B = 4:1 (by weight)
Consumption:
0.15  ÷ 0.25 kg/m2 /layer (depend on surface condition)

Storage:

Place a cool, dry, away from heat or fire.

Shelf life:

12 months from manufactured date in unopened box, cool and dry places.

APPLICATION:

Coating system: 

  • 01 layer of BestPrimer PU715: 0.15-0.30 kg/m2/layer (Tensile strength of surface ≤ 1.5 MPa)
  •  02 coating layer of BestCoat PU714: 0.15-0.25 kg/m2/layer (depend on surface condition). 

Substrate requirement:

  •  Concrete surface: Compressive strength: ≥ 20 MPa, tensile strength:  ≥ 1.5 MPa. Surface should be flat, solid, steady, dry (moisture content ≤ 4%). Impurities, broken pieces, dust should be cleaned as required.
  • Metal surface: should be free from rust, oil or impurities such as dust, water... 

Mixing:

  • Before applying, two components A and B should be properly mixed under the right ratio by slowly stirring (at speed of 300  ÷ 500 rpm).
    Minimum mixing duration should not be less than 03 minutes and can be longer until reaching the required homogeneity. 

Application:

  • Apply by roller, brush or air-less sprayer.
    Notes: Do not use mixtures over time to apply and get hardening. 

Cleaning

  • Use BestThinner SC-03 to clean tools after applying and before hardening.

Safety:

  • Two components are dangerous, flammable, and allergic when contacting directly to the skin.
    If gushing out eyes, noses, and mouth, must be washed with fresh water before taking to the nearest hospital.
  • Unconditional, NO place product or constructing area contact directly to flame or heat genetic source.
    Pouring residual products in regulation place of local government.
