APPLICATION:
Coating system:
One full coat of BestPrimer EP701, BestPrimer EP702 or BestPrimer EP703.
One full coat of BestCoat PU800HF with designed thickness.
Substrate requirement:
- Compressive strength of concrete: ≥ 20Mpa, Tensile strength : ≥ 1.5Mpa. Concrete surfaces have to be smooth, dense, dry. The concrete floor shall be cure for minimum 28 days.
- Cracks and defects must be repaired according to requirements. Impurities, fragments and dirt must be cleaned properly. If the surface is metal, or wood ... then grease and rust must be completely removed and cleaned with BestThinner SC01.
Mixing:
- Mix part A and pour part B into Part A, then pour part C into mixtures (A+B). Use an electric mixer or special blender at low speed (300÷500 rpm) to mix material about 03 minutes or longer until material is homogeneous.
Note: Should not split quantity of material.
Application:
- Pour mixed compound on the corresponding surface area according each of furrows with width 180 ÷ 200 mm, distribute and level the material with a notched trowel of the following specified notch size (depending on the specified thickness). Use a special roller to support self-leveling and remove air bubbles before material get hardening.
Note:
- BestCoat PU800HF must be applied by a team of professional workers who have been trained and certified by the manufacturer.
Safety:
- BestCoat PU800HF is a non toxic material. However, should wear gloves, masks and glasses while handling the product. In case of accidental eye contact, wash with fresh water and seek medical advice immediately.
