Coating system:
- A primer layer of BestPrimer EP701, BestPrimer EP702, BestPrimer EP703, or BestPrimer EP601, BestPrimer EP602, BestPrimer EP603 or a primer layer of BestCoat PU800MF with a thickness of #1 mm.
- A coating layer of BestCoat PU800MF of the thickness required by the design.
Surface preparation:
- The concrete surface has compressive strength: 20 MPa, tensile strength: 1.5 MPa, and must match the actual load of the floor. The floor surface must be flat, solid, and dry, and be sanded with a sander or ball shot before applying BestCoat PU800MF. Cracks and defective areas must be treated, repaired, and patched according to the correct procedure. Impurities, debris, and dirt must be cleaned properly.
Mixing:
- Preliminarily mix component A and add component B, mix well within 1 minute, add component C (according to the prescribed ratio), and mix with a stirrer or a dedicated mixer at slow speed (300 500 rpm) for homogenization, the total mixing time is about 3 minutes.
Note: Do not split the volume, must mix the whole prepackaged set.
Application:
- Pour the mixed mixture onto the respective surface area in successive rows, with a width of about 180 ÷ 200 mm, then immediately use a suitable serrated scrubber to evenly spread and press the material according to the thickness, use specialized rollers to assist in compaction and uniform surface finish.
Note:
- BestCoat PU800MF must be installed by a team of professional workers who have been trained and certified by the manufacturer.

Caution:
- BestCoat PU800MF flooring system is extremely resistant to residual surface moisture and can be applied directly onto 7 day-old new concrete, or onto good quality old concrete with high moisture content without the use of a primer if there is a damp-proof membrane in the structure.
Cleaning:
- Use a dry cloth and the Best Thinner SC01 to wipe clean before the material is in a hard dry state.
Safety and health:
- BestCoat PU800MF is not a type of dangerous chemical or flammable. However, it may cause an allergic reaction to sensitive skin with prolonged exposure. PPEs should be worn when using the product. When dropping to the eyes, nose, or mouth, you must immediately wash with clean water several times before going to the nearest medical facility for timely and proper treatment.
