  • BestFlow A325 is a 3rd generation high-range superplasticizer, derived from the polycarboxylate ether.

Chemicals base:

Polycarboxylate Ether  

Appearance:

Viscous liquid, light brown appearance​  

Consumption:

0.8 ÷ 1.6 liter/ 100 kg of cement.  

Optimal consumption: 1.0 liter/ 100 kg of cement. Could use higher in a specific case.
Compatibility:
Compatible with the most common cement.

Preserve:

Dry and cool place. Avoid frost and direct shine

Shelf life:

 12 months from the date

Package:
210 liters drum, or on request


Dispensing:

  • BestFlow A325 can be added directly to the pre-quantified water before being added to a dry concrete mixture.
  • When added directly to wet concrete (pre-mixed with water), the plasticizing ability of the product will increase significantly and the minimum mixing time must reach 120 revolutions of the mixing tank (or mixing pad).

Overdosing: 

  • When overdosed, it is the setting time may be extended. However, if proper curing must be ensured the physical performance of the finished product and final strength will be not impaired. 

Caution:

  • Specific pre-mix testing is required for each use. 
  • Use mixers suitable for different types of mortar. The mortar should not be mixed by hand to ensure uniformity of the mixture. 

Health and safety information: 

  • BestFlow A325 could have an allergy to sensitive skin if the contact for a long time. 
  • Should wear labor protection when the application.
  • If eyes or mouth are affected wash with clean water and go to medical attention immediately.
  • Avoid contact with foodstuffs and utensils.
  • Keep out of reach of the children.
  • The disposal of products should comply with the local requirements on the environment.
