  • BestPrimer AC406 is a modified polyacrylic based compound, one component, specialized to used in specific application, in order to reinforce the surface, enhance the bonding strength. 
  • BestPrimer AC406 is applied as the primer on the surface of concrete or motar before appling products as self-leveling polymer-cement motar, polymer-cement, polyacrylic, polyurethane based waterproofing compound or sealant, ... of items such as: the floor, eaves, terrace, balcony, bathroom, basement.

  Milky white emulsion liquid

1.03 ± 0.01 kg/liter (25⁰C)
pH: 7 ÷ 9

Consumption:

0.10  ÷ 0.20 kg/m² (depends on surface condition).

 Minimum: 10⁰C (Above dew point at least 5⁰C)
Maximum: 35⁰C
(Maximum permissible relative humidity: 80%).
Mechanical property :
Significantly enhanced adhesion and sealing of the surfaces.
Drying time:
30 mins @ 25⁰C, in space working place.

In a cool, dry place.

12 months. (In original, unopened package).

General requirement:

  • For the high absorbing or breakable surface: should add more than 5% of clean water and mix well before applying.
  • For the average rough, dense and flat surface: do not add water.
  • For high smooth rubbed surface, texture surface and clean before using BestPrimer AC406.

Surface condition:

  • Concrete (or mortar) must reach compressive strength and tensile strength for the work items requirement.
  • The surface should be no free water, ponding areas should be dry with a clean cloth.
  • Impurities, debris, dirt, grease, algae, mold ... must be cleaned as required.

Application:

  • Apply by roller, pressure sprayer or brush with the consumption of 0.10 ÷ 0.20 kg/m2 (depends on surface conditions). Materials must be evenly spread to get the highest effectiveness. When applying the next layer, ensure the primer is completely dry lining (transparent, hard, and no longer sticky).

Note:

  • Do not let the puddles appear. After applying for 05 to 10 minutes, check the surface. If you find that the state has not switched to transparent (still white) at the location of the puddle, must spread puddles by roller or brush. The working place must be peaceful. Stir well before using.

Cleaning:

  • Clean tools and equipment immediately after applying soap, and clean water.

Safety:

  • The product is harmless and non-flammable.
  • This product can be allergic to the skin. Avoid prolonged skin contact. Protective clothing is highly recommended.
  • In case of contact with the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical advice. Working place should be peaceful and cool.
