Substrate requirement:

• For strong absorption and soft surfaces: dilute BestPrimer EP702 with 10% clean water to apply first layer. Apply at least 02 primer layers before coating BestCoat lines.
• For flat surface, solid and average roughness: Apply 01 primer layer.
• For polished hardener surfaces: should be treated with BestCorros before application of BestPrimer EP602.
  

Substrate preparation:

• Concrete floor shall be cure for minimum 28 days, compressive strength:  20 MPa, tensile strength:  1.5 MPa.
• The substrate surface must be flat, solid, free from water, impurities, debris and dirt must be properly cleaned.
  

Mixing:

• Start the mixer, slowly add component A to component B (according to the mixing ratio) while the paddle is rotating at 300 ÷ 400 rpm. Minimum mixing time is 03 minutes but can mix longer until the required homogeneity is achieved. Leave material for about 5 minutes and mix again before application.
  

Application:

• After mixing, apply by roller, sprayer or brush one full coat of BestPrimer EP602 at a spreading rate of approximately 0.10 ÷ 0.25 kg/m2 /layer (depending on surface condition). Waiting for each coat dry before applying the further layer. 
• Note: Do not apply more than 0.40 kg/m2 /layer in any case. Placed area mush be good ventilation during film forming time, avoid sunlight whenever materials hasn’t cured. Do no use the materials which is out of pot-life.
  

Cleaning:

• Clean tools, equipments with clean water and detergent before product hardening.
  

Safety:

• BestPrimer EP602 is a non toxic material. However, should wear gloves, masks and glasses while handling the product.
• In case of accidental eye contact, wash with fresh water and seek medical advice immediately.
