BestPrimer EP701 is a solvent-based epoxy primer, two components, low
viscosity, high strength.

BestPrimer EP701 is low viscosity compound, high permeability. Used to make
a primer layer between the surfaces to be protected and the coating BestCoat
layer, epoxy based to improve the bonding strength.

BestPrimer EP701 can be applied to floors of concrete, cement plaster, fiber
cement panels, epoxy mortar ... workshops, warehouses, parking garages, ...

Substrate
requirement:

For strong absorption and soft surfaces: Apply at least 02 primer layers before
coating BestCoat lines.
For flat surface, solid and average roughness: Apply 01 primer layer.
For hardener surface: Dilute BestPrimer EP701 with 10-15% of BestThinner
SC01 before application.
To achieve higher aesthetic and mechanical properties as required, surface
should be applied at least 01 layer of BestPrimer and 02 layers of coating paint
or self-leveling paint of BestCoat lines.
Substrate
preparation:

Concrete floor shall be cure for minimum 28 days, compressive strength:

20 MPa, tensile strength:

1.5 MPa.
Concrete floor shall be impurities, solid, flat, dry (moisture content ≤ 4%), the
impurities, crack, dust must be clean as required.
Mixing:
- Two components A and B should be mixed thoroughly with mixer speed 300÷400 rpm.
- The mixing time at least is about 03 minutes or longer untill materials is homogeneous as required.
- Keep materials is about 10-15%
minutes and mixing again before application.
Application:

Applied by a roller, a short brush or high pressure nozzle
- Note: Do not use materials which timed out applying and begin curing. Application area should be cool and application instruction should be downwind. Do not smoke during applying.
Cleaning:

Clean tools, equipments with clean BestThinner SC01 before product
hardening
Safety:

Both of two components are hazadous, flammable, therefore, they are required
to be placed distant from heat or fire during the execution or preservation.
This product can cause allergic to skin, therefore should be prevented from
directly skin contact.
Should wear gloves, masks and glasses while handling the product.
-
In case of accidental eye contact, wash with fresh water and seek medical
advice immediately.
Keep away from fire, spark and heat sources when application.
