  • BestRelease S100 is an organic compound, Polyfin solvent base, use to release the form of the shaping product or pouring concrete. To make shaping material and form do not stick together, and easily remove the mold.

Used as form release agent for metal mold, plastics, wood,…in the pouring concrete. Used as form release agent for shaping the fine art products.

Conditional surface:

  • The form surface should be cleaned before applying. Dirt and mud should be washed or cleaned. Grease, oil or old material should be cleaned by proper solvent when using BestRelease S100 first.

Application:  

  • Use a brush, roller, or injector to apply evenly BestRelease S100 on the forming surface before applying the shaping product. Do not apply surplus BestRelease S100, to avoid BestRelease S100 mixing into the shaping material, reducing the quality of the shaping material as well as waste materials. Should apply BestRelease S100 before shaping at least 15 minutes Do not let BestRelease S100 contact directly with the reinforcement of the product.

Cleaning, safety:

  • Clean all tools and application equipment with a cloth immediately after use. BestRelease S100 is flammable so stay out of the heat or fire Avoid contacting directly food, or instruments of live activity, and keep out of the reach of children. In case of accidental eye contact, wash with fresh water and seek medical advice immediately.
