GUIDE OF APPLICATION:

Substrate preparation: 

• The surface to be repaired must be properly treated, and all loose materials and impurities must be removed.
• Avoid spreading grease, oil,… use high-pressure water to clean the surface before constructing.
• If the surface is dry, moisten it with clean water.
  

Mixing:

• Pouring BestRepair CE300 slowly into properly freshwater rate (water 15- 17% compared to the weight of powder, about 3.75 ÷ 4.25 liter of fresh water for 25 kg) continuously stirring with an electric mixer at speed 300 ÷ 400 revolutions/minute for about 05 minutes until the compound is free of lumps and homogeneous as required.
  

Application:

• Use a brush to vigorously brush the BestLatex R114 connection mixture (see BestLatex R114 product manual) over the entire prepared surface as above.
  
• Apply the BestRepair CE300 mortar that has been thoroughly mixed with water on the surface while the BestLatex R114 connection layer is still wet.
  
• Make sure that the BestRepair CE300 repair mortar layer must be compacted to the surface to achieve the highest consistency of the construction mortar and the maximum thickness of the BestRepair CE300 repair mortar layer is not more than 20mm.
  

Curing:

• In order for the product to achieve the highest physical and mechanical properties, the product after application needs to be cured according to the same process as other cement-based products. Minimize the loss of water due to evaporation of the product with available materials such as: waterproof sacks, plastic sheets or curing compounds BestCure AC015 or BestCure SS015.
  

  Cleaning:

• Clean equipment and tools with clean water immediately after applicatio
  

Health and Safety:

• BestRepair CE300 is alkaline, should wear gloves, masks, and glasses while handling the product. In case of accidental eye contact, wash with fresh water and seek medical advice immediately.
