- Construction joint: Use BestWaterbar SV in the middle structure.
Formwork positioning: the positioning method allows a half BestWaterbar SV projecting hose and the rest will be entombed in concrete. BestWaterbar SV will be positioned by formworks. Constructive reinforcement positioning: Use wire to link with steel bar of structure to position. BestWaterbar SV not move during the concrete placement. BestWaterbar SV does not use to separate the mass concrete. -
Expansion joint:
Use BestWaterbar SO in the middle structure. BestWaterbar SO can be positioned by formwork of 2 parts separated. However, when using BestWaterbar SO for expansion joint, and construction joint moving, the letter “O” empty is not hidden in the concrete. This method helps BestWaterbar SO to be flexible.

- Period 1:
Before pouring concrete must check the installation and location of joints,... BestWaterbar will promote the features when both sides are deep on concrete, the concrete placement must comply with a technical requirement to avoid the concrete void at the joint location. In concrete aggregate with a grain size suitable aggregate, the slump is not too high or too low. During concrete, placement must evenly distribute the pressureof 2 sides of BestWaterbar to avoid the BestWaterbar being folded back.
- Period 2: Remove formwork carefully, and recheck concrete at the joint position. is itvoid? if it is, should be repaired. Clean the dropping concrete on BestWaterbar of period 1. Then pouring concrete for the next.
Solder joint:
Use electric knife welding to weld on the construction site
- Butt weld: Heated together both ends of the weld by electric knife
welding until the PVC layer flows, take a knife out and squeeze two joints together, hold until the joint welding is cool, and stick together. Recheck if the joint welding does not meet, must reweld. -Lap welding: Heated together both ends of the weld about 5cm when PVC is flowing, take a knife out and squeeze two joints together until the lap welding is cool and sticks together.
Cleaning:
- Proper disposal by local.

- Non-toxic. But be aware to avoid inhaling smoke and steam in the process of welding PVC. Therefore be clear position welding.
